Hosting on AdvaTrav comes with important responsibilities. By accepting our Host Agreement, you commit to:
Provide accurate, truthful information about yourself and your listings
Maintain your property in a safe, clean, and habitable condition
Honor all confirmed bookings at the agreed price and dates
Respond to guest messages within 24 hours
Be available during guest stays for emergencies
Treat all guests with respect and fairness — no discrimination
Comply with all applicable local laws, permits, and tax requirements
Maintain adequate property insurance for short-term rentals
Safety Checklist
Every host must ensure these safety standards are met before accepting guests.
Install smoke alarms on every floor and in sleeping areas
Place carbon monoxide detectors near fuel-burning appliances
Keep a fire extinguisher accessible and in date
Maintain a first aid kit on premises
Ensure all emergency exits are clear and unobstructed
Verify electrical, plumbing, and gas systems are safe
Secure pool and hot tub areas with proper barriers
